AFFORDABLE ACCOMMODATION: Finding affordable accommodation in Rio de Janeiro city is no feat. So, what you have to do is to decide  what type of affordable accommodation you are going to choose, and regarding location, whats is the neighbourhood you want to stay.

In Rio, there are hotels for all tastes and budget, expensive high-class hotels, reasonably priced hotels, cheap hotels and youth hostels for backpackers. The more expensive ones boast locations that are within walking distance to the beach and Copacabana and Ipanema neighbourhood.

Another option and different style of stay, is to rent a furnished apartment, self-contained apartment or self catering apartment. By rent a fully equipped apartment, you can stay in a good area as well, (such us Copacabana) with complete independence, and experience living amongst the locals or real "cariocas" (the Rio citizens).

FURNISHED APARTMENTS FOR RENT - FLEXIBLE AGREEMENT

We have some furnished apartments in Copacabana beach, Rio de Janeiro, available to let short term from a 1-week period to 3 months. 

You can see pictures and more details of the apartments by clicking on the right side menu keys. They are one-bedroom apartments and a studio apartment, located in different residential building, but near each other (within walk distance from each other) near Copacabana’s main streets.
The apartments are well located, near good hotels, near means of transport, near the beach. You can go to the beach on foot in 5 or 10 minutes (roughly 350 meters). 

FROM BUDGET TO REASONABLY PRICED APARTMENTS: The apartment rentals are not expensive and we have flexible agreement and good prices to suit most traveler, holidaymakers and vacationer budget  requirements. Renting a furnished apartment is more economical if you are going away for a week or more. The longer is your stay, the cheaper is the daily rate. Between March and December the rental is lower if compared with January and February, which are the high season months. Usually, we have more flexibility to give discounts between March and December.

Last minute: If you are looking for accommodation in the last minute, and there is something available, it is possible to give you a discount.
