It is equipped with ceilling fan and It is furnished with a single´s bed, cloth rack, shelf, small desk and window curtain. In the picture it only appears the single bed. Sleeping Accommodations  
The apartment is suitable to accommodate up to 3 persons, with a couple in the master bedroom and a single person in the smaller room.
For too short periods of time and events such us Carnival and New Years Eve's, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons, with a couple in the master bedroom and a single person in the small room. The double sofa bed in the sitting room provide sleeping accommodation for another couple.

The place and surrounding area are nice, . Copacabana Av is a lively place, with lots of shops, department stores, banks, supermarket, fast-food shops such us MacDonalds and KFC, and local snack bar that serves sandwichs and fresh juice.

5 minutes walking distance from the beach.  In the heart of Copacabana, It is just a stone's thrown from the beach and you do not need to pay expensive ocean view rate

Close to shopping, nightlife.
There are groceries, supermarkets, laundries, internet access, bars and restaurants, health clubs (gyms) close at hand / neaby. Right in front of the building there is a supermarket, several shops, department stores. There is a barbecue and a good and inexpensive restaurant on the right side of the building.  If you go along Copacabana avenue you can find banks, popular cloth shops, fashinable boutiques, snack bars, barbecue restaurants, MacDonals, KFC fast-food,  gyms and healthy club. Nearby there is The Roxy Cinema that was an old and huge tradicional cinema that was converted into 3 cinemas. However, Its Art Deco entrance room remains practically the same, and give acces to its the 3 screens
In the surrounding streets, there are also lots of snack bars that serves sandwiches and fresh juices, cheap and inexpensive  restaurants that serves good and tasty food. 

Taxis(yellowcabs) runs all day and all night long right in front of the building.

Lots of means of transportation (Bus Lines and Metro/Subway) nearby. Lots of bus lines that takes you everywhere in the city run on Copacabana Av or Barata Ribeiro St which is a stone thrown from the building. 

The Subway Station (Metro Station) is ten minutes walking from the apartment building.

Ideally located to get around everywhere, with easy access to, City Center (Downtown), Leme, Ipanema, Arpoador and all areas of the City.
